Causes Analysis
1. Did not check and replace the disc rotor/brake pad on timely manner.
2. Disc rotor and brake pad deformed due to some external reasons.

Solutions
Suggest to perform maintenance service at workshop, the service procedure as below:
Replace the disc rotor and brake pad, check if the brake caliper, brake pad and disc rotor is working properly by performing road test.
