Suggest to check fog lamp wiring or fog lamp bulb. Suggest to repair at workshop. Usual keypoints of diagnose are:
1. Check if the bulb in fog lamp is fused.
2. Check if the wiring is aged, replace the wiring harness if it is severely aged.
3. Use the scan tool to clear fault code after repairing done.
