The friction between brake caliper and disc rotor produce some carbon dust which coking become a brown hardened layer on the surface of the alloy wheel
Suggest to perform a clean up at car wash or detailing shop
1. Coking on the surface is not easy to wash off, need to wash with special cleaning chemical.
2. Coking can be avaoided by changing to ceramic brake pad, but usually the cost is high.
