Suggest to check if it is cause by insufficient washer fluid: Refilled the washer fluid follow the video tutorial; If it is not cause by insufficient washer fluid, suggest to diagnose at workshop. Usual keypoints of diagnose are: 1. Check/replace the washer fluid supplying hose and clean the washer fluid nozzle. 2. Check/replace washer fluid motor brushes, motor lead wire, controlling switch lead wire, replace the washer fluid motor if necessary.
