1. If the windshield washer button is press and the motor can be heard is running, it might be due to insufficient washer fluid causing there is no response from the nozzle. Owner may refill the washer fluid first then check if the nozzle is spraying the fluid properly. 2. If the washer fluid level is sufficient and the motor can be heard running after the button is pressed but still there is no response from the nozzle, it might be the hose between reservoir tank and pump is clogged. If it is the nozzle being clogged, owner can use a needle or any tiny sharp edge item to dredge the nozzle. If the hose is clogged or the nozzle is faulty, suggest owner to repair at workshop. 3. If the washer fluid need to be top up frequently, you may check if the washer fluid is leaking after refilling it. If there is leaking occur, most likely is cause by the washer fluid reservoir tank or supplying hose broken, suggest to repair at workshop. 4. Sugget owner to use a washer fluid with good quality because a bad quality washer fluid will produce water alkaline which will clogged the nozzle and hose.
Suggest to diagnose at workshop. Usually the key points of diagnose are: 1. Check if the washer fluid level is sufficient, refill it if loss. 2. Check if the washer fluid supplying hose, replace if it is aged or broken. 3. Check the washer fluid nozzle, repair/replace if it is faulty. 4. Check the washer fluid reservoir tank, replace if found broken.
