Decent experience. Sometimes understaffed during weekends, so you might have to wait a bit. Best to arrive during off peak hours. They miss spots here and there, but hey, you get what you paid for, and they will happily wipe the missed spot if you point it out.

Overall decent carwash - fast, clean, great service. Downside is that I don't think they're well experienced with a pressure washer. Water stream is too strong and concentrated, and placed too close to the car body, potentially damaging for paintwork and soft tops.

I was happy when I found out Petron car wash is back in business, I used to go there weekly pre-covid as they were always reliable. Unfortunately this morning's experience was disappointing. I don't mind paying RM20 if the cleaning was done well, it wasn't. Dirt behind the driver's seat was not wiped, there was still sand & bits of tissue after vacuuming, even the exterior wasn't clean properly (which I only noticed when I got home cos the car was dried completely by then), and I thought that's not possible with the high-powered jet spray. Anyway, the photos should explain it. Guess I have to go back to queueing at BHP car wash again. Edited (respond to owner): As mentioned in my original post, the dust/grime only showed when the car dried completely when I got home. It's just that in my 20 years of going to carwash, i've never had to check and they were always clean : ) Anyway, thank you for offering to sort out the issue, it's been a month anyway so no worries. I'll give your carwash another shot.

I wanted to polish and wax my car here was told that I need to make an appointment with the manager instead of a walk-in.I called the main line for 3 days straight and the person always says, the manager will call me back immediately to schedule an appointment but no one has returned my call yet. They always say, I will ask my manager to call you back "now". So, the its a bit frustrating for a customer and I rather get the service somewhere else.

Worse car wash ever experience. After the car wash, the car is worse then before as they are using a dirty cloth to wipe the car after wash and the car is full of dirty water stain (it’s a basic car wash 101 to have a clean cloth to wipe the car) after wipes. Ask to wax the tyre and the reply is only do car polish will get tyre wax! End up when home to rinse the entire car again to remove all the dirty stain from the dirty cloth they use to wipe the car after wash. I never write a review before but this experience is that bad and make me need to share with everyone. Will not go back again for sure!

Very unhappy with the wash. Despite the jet wash, dust was still on my car and instead of washing again, they simply wipe. My car is white and things like this is easily noticeable. The car looked better before the wash tbh.

Bad service. Not clean after wash especially at middle of the roof. Vacuum not proper. Still got dirt at some area. Dry cloth left a lot of water mark after wipe all window.
