Is my 3rd time servicing here.. however just feel that they need to improve on customer service side.. based on appointment doesn’t seems matter to them cause if there is walk in customer, they will explain till those with appointments will need to wait.. remember I waited 1hr just cause I was late 5min for the 1st time , and the 1st maintenance I have waited 20min , and the sales person was busy explaining to the walk in customer..other than that the service is have no issue that the reason it was 3star cause we as customers don’t feel appreciated even we have book the time slot..
