Washed my car here today for Rm25 - the water treatment. Everything is OK. However they say my rim too stained to clean despite scrubbing it many times.

Worst experience ever. Dont know how others put in 5 star. I went at 6.30pm, came out at 8pm. Only one staff , and two cars including mine. At least thought wanna use internet, mobile data worse, then i scanned gt shop wifi, ask for password ,worker told me didnt pay internet bill (sigh. Saw many cctv there, dont tell me the boss will come to location, plug in computer to see video feed). Just imagine no internet, no nearby restaurant. Finally he did nano mist. Already put in smoke in my car, then i realize air cond didn't turn on,, i ask him, he told me he thought aircond on. Come on la, u guys duno how engine sound when turn on aircond??? Then notice my carpet still dirty, then i told him, he wash it. If every single thing i have to notice then pay me supervisor fee lor. At least give you customer proper waiting room with internet to compensate your longer waiting time Worst experience. Won't come again.
