PT Garuda Mataram Motor (GMM), as Audi's authorised distributor in Indonesia has plans to open a local-assembly (CKD) plant in the country, reports our sister site Autofun.co.id. Stefan Hutahayan, a branch manager for PT GMM, shared that the company has "long had plans" to open said plant, which will be used to produce CKD Audi cars there.
