Nissan Malaysia service is a piece of shit. I own a Nissan Navara NP300 and I found that the door rubber gets broken easily. This annoying issue happens frequently and caused me a lot of trouble. As my car is still within the warranty, I went to the Nissan Malaysia service and ask for free replacement. Guess what? They told me that the door rubber is a wear and tear item and it cannot be claimed. That’s ridiculous. Customers should never suffer losses due to the manufacturer’s mistake of making products of poor quality. The responsibility totally falls on Nissan, not the customer! I have various cars from other brands and I never met with after-sales problem like this. How can Nissan use poor quality door rubber on an adventure pickup truck like Navara? That’s certainly unacceptable. I should have not bought this car and I will never recommend it to my friends.
