Design
The overall design looks similar to the Polo, especially the front. Its grille still uses the Volkswagen accent with a big VW badge. The headlights and fog lights are integrated with the grille and bumper.

Engine
Volkswagen has provided a 1.6L 4-cylinder petrol engine which can deliver 105ps @ 5250rpm and 153Nm @ 3800rpm, another one is a 1.2TSI 4-cylinder petrol engine, having 105ps @ 5000rpm and 175Nm @ 1550-4100rpm.
Transmission
The 1.6L engine is paired with a 6-speed automatic/Tiptronic with sport mode while the 1.2TSI is matched with a DSG 7-speed direct shift gearbox.
