Checking your car's water levels is an even easier procedure, however, it's very important that you only check your water levels when the engine is cold. To check the levels, lift your car's bonnet, and be sure that it's secured.
The coolant level should be up to the base of the filler neck. Add coolant if it is low. Put the radiator cap back on, and tighten it fully. Pour coolant into the reserve tank until it reaches the MAX mark.
