This thing is super complicated and we might not give you the most all-round answers for you. Sadly smart cars don't have cruise control. Not like honda civic 1.0 turbo. And a smart car is designed as a commute type car, it is better you keep it off highways. Driving can become difficult when you are constantly distracted by the speed. Get used to this. It's gonna take some time.
