The whole shebang is controlled by a touchpad in the centre console, which is flanked by shortcut keys and a couple of rotary dials. Some find the system confusing and hard to understand, but give it time.

Our Hella Gutmann ADAS system was installed today @coleggwent #CrosskeysCampus #automotiveengineering department. This equipment will help us calibrate the vehicle camera and radar systems used for safety features such as Adaptive Cruise Control and Automatic Emergency Braking.

I get that. But for me I'm seeing several people driving and zooming at the same time on a call and I'm just thinking that it's unsafe to have the video on at your end (it's ok to share yours but doesn't make sense to view). Just observing a trend I've seen recently

Absolutely is unsafe. I wouldn’t even do it if it weren’t required I have my camera on for work meetings. Thank goodness for adaptive cruise control and safety radar on my car.

Despite losing blind-spot monitoring and rear cross-traffic alert for 2021, the bulk of active safety systems remain including: autonomous emergency braking with pedestrian and cyclist detection, adaptive cruise control, advanced lane-keeping assist and traffic sign recognition.
