And as a result is giving employees a flat rate bonus across the board for each dob position instead of bonuses contingent upon review results the way they normally do. Usually, these bonuses would be contingent upon hours worked.

So you'd think that while many of their employees are working harder and longer than ever, that would be taken into account for bonuses right? Not exactly. Because with this flat rate bonus, many nurses are only going to get a third of the bonus they normally would get.
