Customer service was definitely A1👌 coming from someone who actually works in the customer service field. Drove down from MD close to the dealer closing time. Chandell was soooo accomodating though it was close to her shift ending. The entire staff was very patient, friendly, and didn't rush the process. Keep up the great work and awesome service! I wish I could give 10 stars. Had to take my Levante in for some service repairs. This is my 2nd Maserati I have owned. I have dealt with other Maserati dealerships and service departments and Faulkner surpasses them all. I chose to wait for my vechicle instead of dropping off and I am so glad I did. I got to watch and experience the customer service that this place has. Top notch!. From the girl who took my appointment to the guy who checked me in and out, the service manager and everyone else I spoke to there were just absolutely wonderful. The interactions that coworkers had with each other was so pleasant. The interactions I observed with other customers coming in and leaving was superb. The employees here seem to really enjoy their place of employment and made me feel so comfortable and normal. I've been to other dealerships where it seemed it was a bother I even came in. I wish I had purchased my vechicle from here instead of FC to be honest. And if the time ever comes where I want another Maserati this will be my go to place for sure. Thank you all again for everything from the bottom of my heart. People everywhere could learn a lot from all of you. -Shireen T.

Let me start by saying that this was the most pleasant auto buying experience that I have ever had! Tracy is a phenomenal salesperson as well as exceptionally knowledgeable! I also have to admit that I am typically not the one to write reviews, but I could not let the exceptional customer service and treatment that I received go unnoticed. I had been in the market for a luxury vehicle for over a month. When it comes to vehicles, I like to do extensive research and have no problems traveling around to find the right price, dealership, salesperson, etc. During my research, I was reviewing the likes of many other luxury automakers and was consistently being shot down by my wife (The Big BOSS). Now when I landed on the Maserati Levante and showed her, I must say that her face lit up immediately. At that point, I knew I had a winner. The only other challenge was going to be finding the right dealership and salesperson. I searched all over Pennsylvania, New Jersey, New York, & D.C. My wife and I even traveled to numerous dealerships and were not satisfied with the pricing, options, and games that were to be played at the dealership. Late one Saturday night, I stumbled upon Faulkner Maserati Willow Grove and found the exact Levante that we were looking for! We drove out on Sunday to get a first-hand look prior to engaging with the dealership. Monday morning arrives and I decided to call the dealership. Not to take anything away from the other salespeople at the dealership, but I truly feel blessed that Tracy answered the phone. Within a minute of speaking with her, I knew that I was in the right place and with the right salesperson. Tracy was attentive and cared about my needs. She also was very thorough in answering all my questions that I had about the Levante. The pricing was where it needed to be and Tracy took all the pressure out of even having to haggle. I left Tracy with a few words as I told her that I would be down later in the week to pick up my vehicle. When I arrived at the dealership, our Levante that we had picked out was backed in right in front of the dealership and detailed to the tee! As soon as we entered the dealership, we were greeted promptly and we met with Tracy. Now it was Tracy’s turn to see if she could pass the test with the Big BOSS and let’s say she passed with flying colors! We took the Levante on a test drive and it only solidified our choice. Once we arrived back at the dealership, we popped out the check and Tracy had us in and out the door in no time! I will say that Tracy and Faulkner Maserati of Willow Grove have earned lifelong customers that will consistently sing their praises to our family and friends! As cliché as it may sound, if you are in the market for a Maserati, please save yourself time and headache and reach out to Tracy and Faulkner Maserati Willow Grove!
