I’m not one to praise dealerships but let me tell you I had a great experience with Audi of Arlington purchasing a new SUV during these times of low inventory. The sales person Ayra and the manager Jae took care of us and found the vehicle we were looking for. Found this dope A3 wagon which I knew wouldn’t last a minute on the lot so I ran over to Audi of Arlington to test drive it. OTW I got “the call” from my salesman, Shahab, letting me know another interested buyer was not far away and the first to drive the car gets dibs. Of course I thought to myself l, typical car salesman ploy, and debated grabbing a chocolate shake on the way. Good thing I didn’t because Shahab gave me a legit heads up. The other customer showed up while we were on the test drive and waited around to see if I was purchasing…YES! Until June of 2021 I drove a beast 2005 A4 Avant, 1.8T, SLine! I was crushed when I had to sell it. Never thought I’d find anything close to tha wagon again. Well, the unimaginable became reality with Shahab’s counsel, knowledge and excellent advice! I really appreciate Shahab treating me thoughtfully and respectfully throughout the entire process! He is great at his job and determines your level of Audi/car knowledge then proceeds accordingly. He was the perfect salesman for me. No games, no haggling, just easy breezy and out the door with my A3 wagon! The whole staff at Audi Arlington including Dave McB, A.K. and both employees working the desk (hope they get time and a half for working Sundays!) graciously ushered me through the process while treating me like that only customer in the place. I even left with some Audi gear for me & my puppy Charley! Thx to all!
