I recently graduated from university and this was my first big boy purchase. I am beyond amazed at how phenomenal my experience was with BMW of South Austin. My client advisor Ethan was very knowledgeable about the product, and along with new car sales manager, Deborah, they both helped me order the perfect (to me) 2022 X3. Not to mention, Amber and Kayla at the front desk greeting me with friendly faces upon arrival to pickup my car. Ryan from finance was also great! I was able to come in and drive off in my new BMW in a little over an hour. Lastly, Sean the product specialist was able to get me all set up and familiarized with all of the new technology my car had to offer. With all the chip shortage issues most car companies are currently facing, I never would've expected my car to arrive in only a month and a half. As soon as it did, I was able to drive off with it a day after it landed at the dealership. I highly recommend this dealership to everyone. Absolutely outstanding.

Great experience shopping here! I met Victor 1.5 years ago when I stopped by to look at cars at the BMW of South Austin, I wanted a new car but with the pandemic I decided to wait. Luckily, I went again this weekend and he approached me very politely to help me out! Out of all the guys there, he was the only one offering me assistance, I am glad it was him since I had lost his phone number from last time! Everything worked out, I am in LOVE with my X4 thanks so much Victor and Laura! It was very organic and meant to be. :)

Fabulous customer service!!! 💙❤️🤍 I highly recommend Rudy for your sales representative. Rudy is super knowledgeable, not pushy, good communication. I explained what I was looking for and with the help of Rudy and Debbie we found the perfect vehicle for us….everything we wanted! It is PERFECT! I don’t want to leave out Ryan in the finance department, he was super easy to work with. Ryan & Rudy both have such enjoyable personalities, which also made the purchasing experience not only great, it was fun! They really know how to treat a guest/customer! Thank you South Austin BMW!
