This is a fantastic car buying experience. Chris is a very thoughtful and friendly salesman for clients. He doesn't just sell you the car, he gives you the best advice based on your personal car usage. During this time of chip shortage, Chris helped me contact the manufacturer many times to ask if some of the configurations I wanted were available. He kept updating the latest information on my car in a timely manner while I was waiting for the car and gave me a good deal. Product consultant Violette is very knowledgeable and professional. She patiently introduced me the various functions of the car and answered all my questions. Stephanie (the finance) is very proactive and sends me the latest quote very quickly when my order changes. All in all, thanks to BMW Montreal Centre for giving me an amazing experience buying the first car in my life. BTW, they can speak Mandarin, Cantonese, English, French. You can speak any of these languages with them. Thumbs up for your wonderful services.
Hands down the best experience we had in buying a car in the longest while. Let’s start with Michael Carron. Definitely the best car sells person we’ve encounter. Professional but then again friendly. He managed to find us the perfect car for our budget. He did everything possible to find the right car with the right options. But most importantly he’s not blasting your phone every 2second forcing you to buy something. Definitely would recommend you guys come and see him if you’re looking for a new Car. Then on the day of the delivery a special thanks to Eddy that introduced us to our new car and showed all the features it had and answered all the car question we had. Keep it going BMW Center top notch Customer Experience 👍🏼
I'm a pretty distant out of town buyer and the complexities associated with that require a lot of trust in the product, process, and customer experience. I bought from George, Violette, and Stephanie for the second time (which is already saying something) and it was worry free at the beginning, problem free during, and a smooth transaction overall. Even if I was a local, the professionalism and level of service is something special. Here's an example: my province doesn't require front license plates but Quebec cars always have a bracket on the front. They knew this so when I arrived to pick up my car, the bracket was in the trunk and the front bracket screw holes were PLUGGED WITH COLOUR MATCHING PLUGS! Last time George caught a few scuffs on the bumper and had it fixed last minute even though I said didn't care. He said he couldn't live with the scuffs...on a car they already had sold. That is the kind of place you're dealing with here. These might be small things but it's indicative of a very high standard for quality. And, perhaps most importantly, for the second time now the car was in better condition and more impressive than I hoped since I could only shop online. George was creative, proactive, caught some speed bumps that we could navigate together, and just fantastic. The team is knowledgeable, super responsive, and obviously care. Thanks for another great time George, Violette and Stephanie.
This was really the best car purchase experience! The service at BMW Montreal Centre was amazing overall. We visited all possible dealerships for several car brands including other luxury ones, and the service here was outstanding. Jihad Eid was our Sales Specialist. He was actually the first Sales person we spoke to at the beginning of our journey in looking for a car this time, he was very patient and knowledgeable about not only his products but also about the current market. We wanted to build our own vehicle, choose our colours, and to be able to choose the options that we wanted in our new car and Jihad was able to search for a car that was in production and that we could modify and adapt to what we wanted. The car was also delivered on time and we didn’t have to really wait that long which is difficult under the current market conditions where there are basically no new cars available due to the global microchip deficit. We are really thankful for the amazing service Jihad provided us, and for making this a very fun experience. He walked us from the beginning to the end of the process and made sure that we would be happy with our purchase and the service received. A special thanks also to Violet Kwok who was our product genius. She delivered the car to us and explained how everything worked in a very simple way. Outstanding service overall!

BMW's strategic pivot towards BEVs in the coming years may spell the end for the conventional ICE-powered BMW 4 Series due to model consolidation in preparation for the much-anticipated Neue Klasse BEV lineup. Sighting internal sources, BMW Blog reports that "there are currently no plans to develop a CLAR-based BMW 4 Series” when the 2-door Coupe/Cabriolet and 4-door Gran Coupe models come up for replacement; a decision that “dates back to when the (battery) EV market appeared highly promising,

In a strategic move aimed at reducing its reliance on China for BEV battery technology and production, BMW Group has announced a significant long-term partnership with Croatian BEV hypercar manufacturer Rimac. Forming a European alliance of sorts for battery technology and production, BMW’s tie-up with Rimac will give BMW access to the brand’s high-performance batteries, and in turn allow Rimac to ramp us its battery production.
