We had a great experience with BMW of Nashville, specifically with Kerry, our sales rep! I found a car online I wanted to drive and they got me in to do that the next day. When we got there they had the car pulled up and it was just a few minutes before I was on the road. I wanted to take a look at a few other cars on the lot and Kerry was quick in getting another one for me to test drive. After deciding which one I was most interested in Kerry had his team get us the Carfax report, and a detailed breakdown of the potential cost with taxes/fees etc. All of our questions were answered and we returned the following day to move forward with the purchase. I HATE being in dealerships all day trying to get the process done, and I was grateful that the whole process --including getting a trade in appraisal done -- only took about 2 hours. Kerry was very relaxed, and not pushy in any way. He was also super responsive when I realized I left something in my other car and had it for me the next day. After getting home with my new car, we noticed a little something we wanted checked out -- Kerry made that happen very quickly with his service team. They were also great and everything checked out fine. I would definitely recommend Kerry and BMW for others looking to buy!
First visit was on a Saturday morning; Tim was outside and promptly greeted us and asked if we needed help. We shared our buying parameters and he showed us two options immediately. After a test drive he spent time looking through the Sonic network to help us know what our alternatives (price, mileage, model year) were. I returned to take a closer look at a vehicle; Tim worked with me to obtain a fair price for my trade-in and agreed to fix something I noticed was broken on the vehicle. Mike was very straightforward and helpful with financing and did not push warranties though explained some ongoing deals well. One complaint: more food/beverage options should be available or offered in the sales office for those finalizing a purchase - which in my case took 5 hours from my arrival (including a test drive).
Words cannot express how thankful I am that I chose BMW of Nashville!! I am blown away by the level of professionalism and care that I received from my saleswoman Tyler Openshaw. He went above and beyond to make sure I was fully knowledgeable of the vehicle’s features and financial side of the sale. I highly recommend this dealership for your next vehicle purchase. Don’t forget to ask for Tyler, you’ll be glad you did.
I just bought a car yesterday, with the help of Ben (sales) and Michael (finance), and it was a great experience! They had the exact Infiniti that I had been looking for, I test drove immediately and was pretty much out of there, after a couple of hours. They were so helpful, explained everything in detail and made sure I was happy and comfortable. Both guys went above and beyond for me, which I truly appreciated, since this was just my 2nd car purchase ever. I will definitely be keeping in touch and likely revisit for my next purchase!
BMW's strategic pivot towards BEVs in the coming years may spell the end for the conventional ICE-powered BMW 4 Series due to model consolidation in preparation for the much-anticipated Neue Klasse BEV lineup. Sighting internal sources, BMW Blog reports that "there are currently no plans to develop a CLAR-based BMW 4 Series” when the 2-door Coupe/Cabriolet and 4-door Gran Coupe models come up for replacement; a decision that “dates back to when the (battery) EV market appeared highly promising,

In a strategic move aimed at reducing its reliance on China for BEV battery technology and production, BMW Group has announced a significant long-term partnership with Croatian BEV hypercar manufacturer Rimac. Forming a European alliance of sorts for battery technology and production, BMW’s tie-up with Rimac will give BMW access to the brand’s high-performance batteries, and in turn allow Rimac to ramp us its battery production.
