Infiniti of Beachwood has some great looking vehicles with all the bells and whistles that luxury cars have. What sets them apart, in my opinion, is how they treat their customers. I have purchased many vehicles in my 49 years. I have never enjoyed the experience (like most folks I’m sure) in having to shop or negotiate the price of a vehicle. Frustrating! My experience with Infiniti was completely different. I handled as much of the process as I could on-line because I dread the sales part of it. When I was ready to come in to Infiniti and test drive a car, the salesperson, Antwon, stayed after hours to accommodate my wife and I. He made us coffee (the machine was off), answered all of our questions with honesty and patience. Every person there made it a point to say hello with a smile and took time to check on us and offer any assistance (remember they were staying open for us). Antwon went over the vehicle we purchased from bumper to bumper, and followed up with us the next day too. The staff is sooooo friendly! I enjoyed my experience so much that I went back today and purchased another car from Antwon. Folks they are NOT pushy there, and they pride themselves on how they treat customers! I promise!

I highly recommend this dealership. Kevin Hemmelgarn. had great communication from the very beginning, took time to understand my exact needs and situation (needed to sell my current car first and wait for lien release) and then guided me through the remaining process which included some remedies to the car we were interested in. We ended up with exactly the right car at a fair and competitive price. Special mention to Tony in Finance, Dan (sales mgr) and even Courtney who assisted us when we arrived the first time to take a drive. What a great group of professionals assembled in one place. As a customer who lives 90 min away, I do wish you had at least one weekday with evening hours. Also, I would suggest minimizing utilization of the "appt. coordinator" as at one point it just seemed to block me from dealing directly with a salesperson.

This was my first time buying a car from a dealership. Kevin H. handled me with so much patience. From beginning until the day I picked up my vehicle, he was so accommodating!! Infiniti will always be my vehicle, Beachwood my dealership and Kevin my salesman. Everyone from the front door receptionist to the service department are so nice and professional. Customer for life!!!!QX60 is the vehicle for me!!!

Awesome experience, came in from out of town to buy an Infiniti, Tre picked me up from the airport, had a relatively painless negotiation, and the. drove home with a new to me ride. Great staff, treated me as a person first, top notch all the way around.
