Great experience buying a new Mazda here. Bob Anastasia, the salesman and Ernie the finance guy were both great to deal with. Bob was friendly, professional and very timely on my texts to him. We were able to reach a deal with no hassle or back and forth. I left feeling like I got a very fair deal Ernie, was so easy to deal with. He made the process as simple and quick as possible with great attention to every detail. This was my second purchase at this dealership and I highly recommend it. Ask to to deal with Bob if possible!

My husband and I had the pleasure of buying our 2022 Cx-9 Signature edition from Open Road Mazda this past week. I am the FIRST to say I DO NOT enjoy visiting car dealerships, but this, I must say, was the most pleasant, no pressure, no BS experience I have had with a car deal!!! Our sales associates Joey was fantastic; we are not the easiest customers, yet he cared for us like family! Oscar, the finance rep, was fabulous too! We are loyal Mazda owners; we plan to return to Open Road for all of our Mazda needs!

I recently got service at Mazda for 15K miles mark. They were very nice, patient. I was especially pleased with Gregory, he contacted me and explained the work that needed to be done. After I asked for time to think about the pricing, Gregory was able to make me feel comfortable and confident. I went to go pick up my car on a snow day. They were open. The person checking me out was very friendly. Spoke with me and also checked to make sure my tire cap was fixed. Normally I do not leave reviews, but this dealership did impressed me this time as it was better than the experience of buying the car. I bought my car over the phone and went to the dealer to to pick it up. The financial rep that was helping me with paperwork was not nice at all. Besides that, the crew that helped me, Gregory and text (mazda approved) with Robert were excellent. Thank you for all you help and making me feel good about my service.
