My experience here at this dealership was 100% amazing. Company had an outstanding team working to place you in a car which meets your stated needs and affordability. No high pressure but smart selling which places customer satisfaction first. That day I went to Brown’s Dulles Nissan,I had planned to visit three dealerships. Brown’s was my first stop. A gentleman who’ve helped me, Bruno, was able to find a great car for me and affordable!!! Also, I’ve decided to make the purchase without visiting the other dealerships. My overall experience was great! Erik Guerra (sales manager) was very attentive, understanding of my situation and patient as we walked the car lot. He also answered all of the questions that I had and even the ones that I couldn’t think of. When it came to explaining the details and information about the car, he was very knowledgeable of it all. Clifford Melvin (finance manager) kept me well informed of the process, got me a great deal, and explained all of the details thoroughly from the gap insurance to the warranty to the fine print. I was pleased with both gentlemen as they made my car buying experience great.

I purchased my car on July 20th and picked it up on July 28th. Faris was amazing. He was very knowledgeable about the car I wanted and was able to answer all of my questions. He even provided refreshments and offered me snacks as I’m expecting twins. That was very sweet of him. He was very courteous, professional, and easy to talk to. The general manager, Rawwad, came over and introduced himself. He was very professional, polite, and courteous. He secured my approval and my new car all in the same day. All I needed to do was wait for it to arrive. He called me on the day my car arrived, Faris set up all my new technology, and they both called to see how I enjoyed my new car. Faris even scheduled my first oil change before I left the dealership. I definitely recommend shopping here.
