Diana from Direct Nissan was so incredible to me throughout the process of buying my new car. She was not only knowledgeable but kind and friendly during all my visits, phone calls, messages, emails, etc. As you can tell she was there for me anytime I had a question or wanted more information about something. She didn't work 9-5 and at 5:01 completely ignore her customers because she truly cares about making every person who walks into her office happy, satisfied, but more importantly excited about their new purchase. When she called me to tell me she had received my car earlier than expected, her pure, genuine joy and excitement for me completely changed my entire day and my worries took a backseat. I think at one point on the phone with her I was jumping up and down that the car came so quickly and that I was finally going to reach a big goal of mine. After losing my first car in an accident, it remained a dream for years that I would own a car again. She was so patient and accommodating, explaining everything from start to finish, which helped ease my anxieties and build the necessary confidence needed to make a big decision like this. I went to several other Nissan dealerships way closer to me looking to purchase the same car (super awesome Nissan KICKS of course :)), but didn't have the right amount of confidence and trust in the salespeople I met at each location for various reasons, honesty being a big one, but also customer connection, which I geel is extremely important. It just didn't feel right and I was starting to doubt that I should be purchasing a car at all, which is not at all how you should feel when you walk out of a dealership, purchase or not. If I didn't decide to call one last Nissan, even though it wasn't exactly the closest, I would not be the proud owner of a KICKS and I wouldn't have met Diana. I would most likely be sitting in a Honda right now because that's where I was heading if I decided not to call Direct Nissan. Diana is an incredible leader, educator, saleswoman, employee, and overall incredible person. I knew from our first meeting that I was buying my car from her and know to this day I made the right decision. She was honest and aware of the impacts our economy is having on the automotive industry, but unlike others I met with, she didn't use it as an excuse, rather it gave her the drive to keep searching and looking for a solution that would be the right fit for us. I am so lucky she was able to find the car I wanted, but I know if I was unable to get a KICKS, she would have found a good fit for me regardless. am very grateful I decided to call one last Nissan before walking away, otherwise, I wouldn't have found the wonderful salesperson/friend that helped me realize my dreams and change my life.
I had a fantastic experience at direct Nissan. This is the third vehicle we have purchased there. Clyde is an excellent manager, and made sure we had a fabulous client experience. This time we purchased a 2022 Rogue, I am thrilled with my new car. Today we had delivery completed by Bashir, he was efficient and we were in and out in about 20 minutes. Thank you to Direct Nissan and their excellent customer service !
My recent experience at Direct Nissan was excellent. Service Advisor Kim is knowledgeable, personable and extremely caring. Shuttle Service Driver Bobby is one of a kind. I was having a very bad mental day and he took the time to listen, offer sound advice and make me feel better. You dont expect all of this when servicing your Nissan! Thank you for the great experience and keep up the fantastic work. These people deserve a raise in my opinion. It will keep me coming back.
This is the perfect place to go if you are in search of a new or used vehicle. The management was amazing they have treated us like family. Special mention - service provider Mrs. Diana is a great person I’ll definitely recommend her. She works with you to find you the best deal on a vehicle. I was there with my spouse and kids and ended up driving out of there with brand new Nissan Rogue Platinum. I’ll definitely recommend Direct Nissan. Thank you.

Under threat from heavy fines by Japan’s Fair Trade Commission, Nissan has paid back money it owed to more than 30 suppliers for decades.
