The sales manager and his team were amazing! However one staff member stood out and it was Bianca she was amazing! She was able to put me at ease and feel confident with my purchase. This was my first car purchase and I was very nervous and was unsure if it was the right move. She gave me all my options and was not pushy. She made sure I was able to get the promotion I saw advertised and that I got all the features wanted without compromising on the price. She helped me set up my car and explained all the features before I left the lot. Amazing experience would definitely recommend to friends and family.
I needed my Brakes checked. Mike took my Pathfinder for a quick drive-he said they were working great- He even suggested I have them take a more detailed look to make sure everything was OK and they were. I also added a Tune-Up and several other much needed services. Claudio Gutierrez went above and beyond. He was the first person I talked with, when I arrived at Surf City Nissan. He was professional, knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I appreciate how he did Not give me the run around and try to sell me services I did Not need. He set up my car rental, gave me an estimate of service costs and even quoted estimated time frame the scheduled service(s) would take. While I had many different Nissan dealers to choose from, I am very happy that I chose Surf City Nissan Patrick H
I went in with a transmission issue Claudio was my service advisor provided me with the best customer service I have ever experienced at a dealership. Made sure I was up to date on what was found on my car and the process of the repair. He was able to answer all of my questions in a timely manner, overall I am very satisfied with my experience.
Our salesperson Hillary was amazing at helping out my mother and I. We greatly appreciated that she was bilingual and was able to effectively communicate all of our options in choosing the right model for us! She was also able to help us purchase our Nissan Ultima quickly and efficiently. We couldn’t have asked for a better person to help us through the whole buying process!

When the R35 Nissan GT-R was unveiled, it was the year the first iPhone was introduced, Malaysia was one of the co-hosts of the Asian Cup and exited the first round, while the country sent its first angkasawan. 17 years later, the iPhone is in its 17th generation, Malaysia qualified and exited the Asian Cup in the first round, and the first angkasawan is a snake oil salesman, while the R35 is still in production. Though it is still a marvel in performance, age is catching up and the R35’s twin-t

Under threat from heavy fines by Japan’s Fair Trade Commission, Nissan has paid back money it owed to more than 30 suppliers for decades. According to a report by Japan’s Kyodo News agency, Nissan had held back about 3 billion Yen (~RM 94.4 million) in payment, the biggest shortfall in such contract payments since 1956, when Japan’s subcontractor law was implemented. Nissan's illegal cost-cutting could have been taking place for decades, a source told Kyodo News, with suppliers likely accepting
