His assistant, Jenn has also been very helpful but Steve has gone above and beyond and has secured excellent financing and has exhibited exemplary customer service! It’s been a joy to work with this dealership.I have been impressed with every aspect of my dealings with Larry H Miller Toyota in Murray. I highly recommend working with them. Preston was amazing through out the whole process! He helped me order the car I wanted and kept me updated on the status. Once it arrived he was quick to get me in to purchase the car. He made the buying process simple and easy. He was incredibly informative and extremely knowledgeable! Preston was also very kind and funny! My experience was truly outstanding! I have never had a car buying experience go so smooth. The staff there is excellent! My sales person Brian Felt was one of the kindest individuals I have ever met, very professional, and extremely helpful. He was on top of everything and continuously updated me while waiting for my vehicle to arrive. He shared my excitement for my purchase, was honest, straight forward and knowledgeable. I bet all of the staff is great but if you’re looking for a new vehicle I highly recommend seeing Brian Felt. The experience did not stop with Brian, my finance rep/loan officer Stephen Berger was excellent also. He was quick and efficient and got me an even better payment than I had already agreed too! My wife and I can not stop thinking about how surprised we were with the way everything worked out.we are truly grateful for all that LHM Toyota was able to do for us getting us into our dream truck. I have never been so excited to write a review or fill out a survey, the only bad part is that my truck will last forever and it will be a while before I can go see them to purchase another vehicle. Preston Larson made sure to help us with everything we needed before we made our trip down and would even go out of his way to answer my questions while he wasn’t working!
