We started car shopping due to our current car not being large enough for the family. We had been to two other brands’ dealership,l on the same day and I am glad my husband recommended us to buy a Mercedes-Benz and stop at the Georgetown dealership. Walking into the Mercedes-Benz dealership, Godfrey was really open to listening to what we wanted in our next car. He ensured we experienced different models and carefully explained the differences, and benefit of going with specific options in the build process. His excitement and salesmanship is unmatched in our car buying experience. His patience in answering questions, hooking us up with Chase who explained the technology and MBUX system, and his positive approach is admirable. I am so happy we met Godfrey and will definitely refer our friends and family to him. Thank you Godfrey!

I came to Mercedes-Benz of Georgetown with my husband yesterday, as he was needing a car. I ended up buying one for me as well! Buying a car at a dealership was making me nervous, but from the beginning I could see that Troy Williams was the best Sales Consultant one could hope for. He patiently guided us through the process of getting familiarized with the vehicles we were interested in, he answered all of our questions and we never felt the least bit pressured, only taken care of. Our anxieties about buying from a dealership went out the window after we met Troy! We love this dealership! Our only regret is that we will probably not be in the market for cars for quite some time, since Mercedes-Benz of Georgetown sold us two excellent “keeper” vehicles yesterday! I have been searching for what seems like forever to find my perfect retirement car. I called Mercedes Benz and spoke with Troy, explaing to him what I was looking for. I received a call back the same day from Troy telling me he has located a car for me. He explained it will be arriving to the dealership shortly. I was so excited to hear this. Troy kept me updated throughout the entire process with the end result of the phone call that my car is ready for pick up. When I arrived to pick up my car I was greeted by Troy and so many other nice people from Mercedes Benz.
