Buying a truck or car is never easy. Veronica made our experience absolutely amazing! We came to look at a used Silverado and left with a brand new one. We had two trade-ins. Andy was awesome!! I had been communicating with him for about a month and a half, when I told him I would be ready to purchase a 2022 Colorado the first week of August, he didn't push me into coming in earlier to make a sale. Because there was no pressure to buy, I contacted Andy the week of August 1st to let him know I would be coming in to buy, on Saturday 8/6 22. Andy had obviously made arrangements for a 2022 White Colorado truck to be waiting for me when I arrived. Every detail was planned to perfection, it took less than three hours, to drive away with my new truck. Andy and Michelle in the fiance department took care of me like royalty. Thank you both this experience has changed my idea of the HARD sell. Five days later I was contacted by the service/parts department to bring my truck in to have the accessories added.
