My experience was great! Tatyana took great care of me. She was kind and very positive even when I lost hope. Everyone did their best to get me out with the car that I wanted and I truly appreciate that!
Thank you for one of the best car buying experiences offered. I was motivated to buy the new car from Premier Ford based on my first interaction with Abdur over the phone. Alex took it forward flawlessly. The Finance Manager - James - was also reasonable and made the buying process smooth and quick. Last but not least are the Ford Technicians who prepared the car for delivery. They did an excellent job and took care of minor aesthetics when brought to their attention.
I've taken my car in for it's regular service and recalls a couple of times now and it's always been an easy experience. It can be expensive but as they say "you get what you pay for" and I feel better knowing that they are servicing by the book and using Ford quality parts. Tom at the service desk was polite and very helpful. The only criticism I have would be that they don't have your car washed and presented nicely for pick up. With the amount of money I did spend there it would have been appreciated and there's just something about having the car shiny and cleaned that makes it feel really SERVICED. If this was done I would have given 5 stars. The protective paper and plastic they use on the seats were still left in the car when I picked it up and I had to bundle it all up and throw it away. Overall I do recommend them for your Ford servicing.
Textbook shakedown This is the kind of dealership people warn you about. I spent my day babysitting their employees and got billed for it. 7:15 am - I show customer service guy clear signs of wear ask for rear pads and rotors. I express that I need the car by end of business. I'm the third customer in line that morning so he reassures me and says he'll call by 11:00. 11:00 - Nothing. 11:23 - I call. Guy says they're just about to look and he'll call me back soon. 3 more hours pass. 2:39 - I call back and get the runaround. Guy can't be found. Receptionist says he'll call me back in 15 minutes. 45 minutes pass. 3:28 - I call again, remind them I need the car by end of day, fixed or not. 3:31 Guy calls back (4+ hours later) to tell me I need - wait for it - "rear pads and rotors." Same as we had discussed eight hours earlier. Also, it'll cost more than three times the special I came in for. He said that deal was "impossible." He eventually offered a $75 "discount." I was out of time and options. 4:41 They call to say the car is done. I was billed for well over an hour of labor. Arrived before 7:00am, left after 5:00pm. 10+ hours. Anywhere else on the planet, you're in and out in an hour or two and pay half as much. They stonewalled until I either had to pay up or drive an unsafe car. Bonus star because receptionist was cool.
For some time now, there's been talk of Mazda embracing a more upscale direction, termed as "Mazda Premium." However, Mazda is careful not to align itself directly with the heavyweight players in the premium segment such as BMW, Mercedes, and Audi. Vinesh Bhindi, Mazda Australia’s managing director, clarified the company's stance to the Australian publication Wheels, highlighting their commitment to remain within the mainstream market. He said that while Mazda aims to elevate its offerings in te

Whether you want to call it a deep facelift or a new generation, the new petrol-powered 2024 MINI Cooper begins production at MINI Plant Oxford. The first unit was driven off the production line by Charlie Cooper, the grandson of John Cooper, the father of the Mini Cooper. While the all-new fully electric MINI Cooper E is built in China as part of a joint collaboration with GWM, the internal combustion MINI is manufactured in the UK. All three BMW Group UK manufacturing sites contribute to the p

In the world’s largest car market, there’s a growing consumer preference for plug-in hybrids over conventional gasoline-powered vehicles and battery-electric vehicles (BEVs). According to a report by Bloomberg, a growing number of Chinese buyers are moving towards plug-in hybrids (PHEV) which are cheaper than BEV vehicles but still offer savings on daily commutes without the range anxiety on longer trips. This shift towards PHEVs is indicative of a larger movement within China's automotive secto
