My wife and I rode up from South Carolina to look at an Element they had just taken in a day or two prior. Our primary contact, James Eades, was great to work with. He was very honest about the fact that they had not gone over it yet so we were hitting the road without full details. He seemed to actually value our time. We hit unexpected snags on the way and James kept us up to date since there were other prospective buyers also en route. I was impressed that he told us he was keeping all parties apprised. Honesty seems to be important at Morganton Honda. Cut to the chase-we bought the car. They jumped through all the hoops involved with buying a car on a holiday. They made arrangements to have the car delivered to South Carolina and since it was going to be a couple of days before that could happen they decided to give it the prep cleaning that had not happened yet. We bought "As Is". Morganton Honda had no obligation to do anything else. To top it off, they called a day or two later to tell me that when cleaning the car they discovered that the windshield had a leak. Reminder-I bought 'As Is" and they already had the money. I would not have expected the courtesy of that notification from another dealer and certainly would not have expected the dealer to have the window repaired at their own expense which is what Morganton Honda did. Its a special level of integrity that seems to be ingrained in the way these guys operate.

Had the opportunity to purchase a beautiful, new to me vehicle from Morganton Honda. I’ve purchased over a dozen vehicles from all over and I can say hands down this was the best experience I’ve had, by far. I told Garrett which vehicle I was looking at, he let Karen work with me and we settled on a price with no hard balling or difficult negotiations. I then went to get the kids from a couple different places and received a call from Tim that I was ready to sign the paperwork. When I arrived to sign the paperwork, it was all laid out and I was ready to sign and drive. My entire time in the dealership was likely less than 30 minutes, no joke! Amazing experience with a home town, family like atmosphere. I highly recommend!

Morganton Honda was great. Fast, friendly service. I was here from out of state visiting and stopped in for oil change. It was so nice to have been able to make the appointment online, drop in get it done quick and be on my way again without taking a lot of time out of my vacation. Thank you, I'll stop in again next trip.
