Hyundai Motor Company (HMC) announced plans to invest US$ 479 million ~(RM 2.2 billion) in Malaysia between 2025 and 2030, aiming to expand its footprint in the country and across the ASEAN region, said HMC earlier today. Hyundai’s Ioniq range of battery EVs (BEVs) has been expanded to include a new three-row seat SUV. The Hyundai Ioniq 9 will build on the progress made by the 5-seater compact Ioniq 5 SUV and the Ioniq 6 sedan.
