Jasline supported me through my purchase journey , from initial contact to car viewing, car inspection and finally hand over. She was responsive through the process and that’s critical as I had a few questions .
Friendly and courtesy dealer to deal with. Jasline and Stiff are super helpful and patiently to explain and follow up my enquiries for the car price, technical stuff, etc. Nonetheless, they are really go for extra miles service (Stiff) are helped up to get quote from his friend shop for the additional accessories requested by me (Radio screen, reverse camera, etc). The price quoted from his friend are definitely lowest than we individual to approach to the workshop. Stiff also assisted to follow up the installation and handover the car to me when all stuff are done for additional accessories add on. Jasline are good to follow up my all the documentation such as Insurance, Ownership transfer, etc. She managed to get the lowest price of insurance firm to me (1st time car owner). Appreciate her service even help to follow up with the previous car owner due to the Malaysia VEP ownership transfer.
