Looked this place up online after going to Honda and not being satisfied with the offers. Spoke with a guy named Allen who told me and my wife he had what we wanted in inventory and to stop by. In all 37 years of my time on this earth I have to say that Allen has been the best salesman I’ve talked to at a dealership. He doesn’t rush you, he actually listens, he explains things clearly, he’s not grumpy or bothered like most people down here act, and while you’re waiting he’ll also tell you a few stories lol They say to give people their flowers while they are living and I just want to say that this was an amazing and enjoyable experience buying a new SUV. From a car buying experience, Ghassan did an amazing job and was very patient with my picky nature when it came to cars and price. He gave plenty of info for me to feel informed and confident I was making the best choice. He kept me updated through text while waiting for delivery of the car and sent me a few photos once it arrived. Jose Lanier, the finance guy, was also very informative and helpful. He did speak a bit fast and lost me at one point! But he made sure not to let me sign anything without understanding what it was. This is the second time my wife and I have a pleasant car buying/leasing experience here, once in 2020 and again July 2022, we recommend it to all to give them a chance at the very least.
