I purchased my 2022 Lexus IS 350 today 7/30/2022 and my sales consultant was Felicia O'Brien and she was just flat out awesome person to deal with. This dealership has the no hassle car buying experience and that's a fact ! I am from Lehigh valley Pennsylvania and I traveled up to Freeport to pick my car up. Felicia set the sale up and took my deposit over the phone, she always returned my calls, and was very professional and friendly. I can't express enough to anyone in the market for a Lexus, you won't regret buying from here. I am so happy with the service and people there that I will be going back there for my next Lexus as well. Super great experience. Maximo Arias in finance was also a super nice guy. No additional add on sales pitches either. If you don't have interest in the additional add ons then it's not pushed. Best, no hassle, car sale I ever made. Name is Andray. This is my first ever written review for Lexus of Freeport car dealership, would I recommend this dealership, HELL YES!!!! Do I love this car HELL YES!!! Was it what I wanted HELL YES !!! Was all my expectation met. I think you all get the picture now. So I Purchased a 2022 Lexus RX 350 from this dealership. Which was conducted by the great Max Arias. Excellent dealership service from Max Arias and the beautiful Natasha Williams, if you go to Lexus of Freeport you will be welcome with a heartwarming smile which will make a nervous day turn into a day of great possibilities, after which she will escort you to the office of Max Arias the Business Manager trust and believe if you want a memorable experience of either buying a new car are trading in your old one they are the people you need to find and as I said it’s not hard because the beautiful Natasha Williams will be sitting at the door waiting for your arrival. With all that being said it’s always a great experience whether it be Lexus of Freeport are Lexus of Rockville center Long Island this is my third car from Lexus first one was a 2016 then a 2020 now I have a 2022. And as you notice because of great experience I always end up going back for a brand new change. While you wait for paperwork finish and to have you on your way there is always a coffee station and assorted pastries to keep you relax. One thing I would like Lexus of Freeport to do is to install a liquor bar because a nervous feeling would be fix by a shot of whiskey.
