♿ As a disabled customer I was very impressed by the superb level of service provided by Duff Morgan (at King's Lynn). They collected my car from my home at 8.30am, took it 14 miles to their workshop where they serviced and MoT'd it and then returned it to me at around 5pm. Brilliant. ♿
Just bought 2 cars from Chris at Duff Morgan, great service yet again, Chris is a really nice chap and not at all pushy as some sales guys, thanks Chris and Duff Morgan for a pleasant experience.
I've just received fantastic service by Duff Morgan on my Seat Ateca. It went in for it's MOT and annual service, even though I didn't purchase the vehicle from them but bought 2 services when I purchased from another Seat dealership. I'm particularly impressed by the pick up and drop off service they offer and the walk around video showing the condition of the underside. So a big thanks to Sophie, Bex's, Toby and also Sean (sold me some top-up oil in the first instance). It's a nice feeling having trust and confidence in a garage network.
As Citroen, peugeot and Vauxhall are apart the same company, I went to this place to service my peugeot 308 As it was closest to me, It seemed like I was getting a good service Never received a phone call saying I'll you need this replacing nothing, until I found a few issues after the service. 1st one was that the oil cap wasn't put on properly. The 2nd issue that thay didn't spot damage on the front tire, I only spotted it by accident when I found out there was a hole in the tread to the steel wires and also on the inner side of the tire was completely worn down to the material that's inside. A Tyre company said I was lucky that they didn't explode and that's been happening for quite some time and they should have spotted that in the recent service. Really it's my fault for not taking it to a proper peugeot service centre, however, The problem I have now is I've got a Citroen do I gamble taking it back to them for a service?

Yesterday, Stellantis announced that it is studying the feasibility of local production (CKD) of a few brands under its umbrella in Malaysia. One of those iconic brands is Citroen which left the Malaysian market at the end of 2020. Though there is no timeline of when the French double chevrons brand will make its return nor confirmation of what models will be brought in, models currently offered in developing markets give a bit of clue on what to expect. Citroen recently unveiled the first image

Bermaz Auto Alliance Sdn Bhd (BAASB) is the authorised repairer of Citroën / DS vehicles in Malaysia and has requested owners stop driving their vehicles immediately if they haven’t confirmed that it’s affected by the global Takata airbag recall or if they have but haven’t carried out the replacement work yet. BAASB will prepare courtesy cars for affected owners to ease their mobility until the completion of the airbag/s replacement. The company also issued the following statement: As widely com

When Berjaya Auto Alliance Sdn Bhd (BAASB) took over the Peugeot distributorship for Malaysia from Naza back in 2020, it seemingly left Citroen out. For now, the double chevron brand still has no plans of making a return to Malaysia and yet we came across these photos of a barely disguised Citroen C3 from a reader. Taken near Bukit Bintang, the C3 in question has its badges removed or covered up. Citroen has recently announced that it has returned to the Indonesian market so perhaps Malaysian fa

Here’s the spot of the day – an Opel Mokka (the white SUV) and Citroen C4 doing the rounds of testing. Interestingly, neither of these brands have an appointed distributor in Malaysia (Berjaya Auto only provides after sales for Citroen). So what are they doing here? Recall that Opel and Citroen are part of the Stellantis corporation, who recently announced that they have obtained full ownership of the Naza Automotive Manufacturing (NAM) plant in Gurun, Kedah. The plant will serve as Stellantis’

Citroen is a brand that Malaysians are unlikely to see a return in the future. The French carmaker’s recent offerings didn’t quite capture the appeal of most Malaysian buyers. But turn back the clock to nearly 30 years ago and you would find the opposite and it was thanks to two models. The Xantia and ZX both introduced something different from the regular Continental brands in which one was simply a unique spaceship while the other is a surprisingly capable hot hatch. Best of all, both models w
