Great experience, helpful & friendly staff (from sales, financing up to the delivery), each were easy to reach out. Would like to thank Jerome Jerios for helping us choose the right vehicle for us, and for answering all our questions. He also offered to check each cars on our list. He's also not 'pushy' in terms of getting a higher model of cars, we've been to a lot of dealerships and most sales were pushing us to get the upgraded cars or the higher model cars (which costs higher too), so we really appreciate Jerome for this experience! He also provides us comparisons for each vehicle, features, maintenance, costs, etc. so that we can understand the difference of each. Also, would like to thank Eve and Kelvin (from financing) for getting everything settled in just a week! They really helped us a lot in getting approved from banks. Both of them updates us immediately via phone and email to make sure that we can get the best deal in terms of financing. Everything was smooth and they were very nice too! Lastly, would like to thank Andrew (from delivery), for showing us all the features of the vehicle. He made sure that everything was up and running before he handed over the car to us, checked engines, breaks, test drives, tires, etc. He also provided us tips on how to take care of the car for longer usage. Andrew also showed us details on where and how we could get service, basically everything we need to know about after they totally give us the car. So far T&T Honda have turned around our past experiences from the dealerships we have encountered. Glad that my cousin have recommended this dealership to us! We will surely recommend this to others as well!

It’s almost a year and half when I first purchased my car at T&T Honda, and recently I was thinking of selling my vehicle-(Beatrice). So when I started to visit other dealerships, I was presented with reasonable quotes for my 2014 Ford Focus , but before agreeing to any of the offers, I wanted to check with T&T Honda . After all, my experience purchasing my vehicle was amazing , and they were transparent and honest throughout the process! Johnny was the main man -(Michael Jordan) , and they even gave me new new winter and all season tires. Therefore, this time around, when selling my vehicle, I spoke with Johnny and informed him about the offers dealerships had provided me, he told me to stop by and he could see what he could do. Well long story short, I ended up getting close to the same value of my vehicle which I purchased it for at the time (10k) while other dealerships didn’t come close to the figure they offered me . Even after a year and half, T&T Honda went beyond and above to support me in selling my vehicle! Also, I also had the privilege to be assisted by a great representative by the name of Rahul who drove me back to my residences and provided me great advices for my future vehicle purchase as well as tips to look for when purchasing a SUV. For my next vehicle purchase, it’s without any hesitation, it’s going to be at T&T Honda ! Both Johnny and Rahul need to immediately be promoted to GM !

Service, Shuttle, and Parts - I have needed all three of these teams in the last month, and they have all been phenomenal. Colin in service was so friendly, prompt and knowledgeable and very upfront and detailed about what the plan was for my car. I have not had customer service like this since before covid, so I am very pleased it still exists!! I will be booking with him going forward for all service items. Shuttle - not only is the coordinator so lovely and kind, but she was able to get me in last minute and make sure I knew what was going on at all times. The drivers as well were both lovely - I wish I got their names, as they were so professional but still human and friendly! The two parts guys were both very patient with me and my extremely vague questions and requests, and were professional and friendly and made the process seemless! I had a great experience overall with my last two unrelated trips in, and will be using them for all my car needs going forward. I rarely write reviews, but this was worth mentioning for sure!

Commenting on service only, we lease a work crew car and have the regular maintenance done. When I had to take over from a previous staffer and couldn’t find our history T&T were great at locating the vehicle information and bringing me up to speed. Booking appointment was convenient and they worked within my hours for drop off and pickup. Actual drop off was a bit confusing as the property wasn’t the best marked, we walked inside and were redirected to the drive-up at the back (shout out to the staff who handled my snarky coworker who didn’t like having to reposition). It can be a bit of a dance being a female in a garage but the staff was very respectful and explained the work that was being called out by the car (by date) and why it wasn’t really required for our use (infrequent and low mileage) and helped adjust our calendar of scheduled maintenance. While it’s annoying that the car decided to set alarms for service automatically, and they’re coded as “Type B service” instead of telling us, that’s Honda’s issue not the dealership.
