Best car buying experience ever!!! Let me start by saying that Michael (Misha) is the absolute best! I went in to look at the Velars and within an hour had bought a one. Misha is very knowledgeable, knows the in and out of the car, filled out the paperwork in record time. After I left I had a couple of questions so I texted him after hours and he replied immediately. He texted me throughout the day to keep me up to date with the insurance info. My husband saw found a microscopic scratch in the car and asked him to fix it. I asked about tires and brakes and he said the car was certified, when we returned to pick up the car, it was a brand new car with shiny brand new tires, my car was waiting in his own bay with a red bow. Misha spend about an hour answering every question and showing us how to program everything and use the car. Can’t say enough good things. Steve, the account manager was just as good, just so knowledgeable, explaining every number step by step and answered every question. I have owned Mercedes, Lexus and nothing compares to the service I just had. 10 stars!
My experience at Land Rover Hartford was fantastic. Michael (Misha) went to great lengths to accommodate my many requests while his efficiency and responsiveness ensured a smooth process. Jeremy, the sales manager, and Steve, the finance manager, facilitated a flawless and expedient transaction, as well. The Range Rover Sport that I purchased is beautiful and the preparation of the vehicle upon pickup met my high expectations. Michael took the time to provide a comprehensive and helpful presentation of the vehicle's features. I was also quite impressed with their dealership; it is beautiful and state-of-the-art. Overall, I am grateful for Land Rover Hartford's high level of service and would gladly do business with their team in the future. This is an excellent dealership and one that I would highly recommend.

British carmaker Jaguar Land Rover (JLR) is suffering from a huge parts shortage in the UK as its workshops are facing a severe crisis and are running out of courtesy cars. According to Car Dealer Magazine, around 10,000 cars are awaiting parts all around the United Kingdom with half of them being stuck off the road at dealerships. According to a report by The Edge, Sime Darby Bhd-controlled Inokom Corp Sdn Bhd is currently at the tail end of contract assembly negotiations with China’s Chery Automobile Co Ltd. The Chinese carmaker is planning to make a return to Malaysia in 2023.
