The Staff here is AMAZING!!!!!!! In December of 2021 I came in looking to get a car with an affordable note within my budget and they helped me do just that! The process went way smoother than I ever could have imagined! They walked me through everything step by step and was very hands on with helping me set up my on star services, getting the vehicle insured, and making sure it was all set for me and my kids to drive off in our new car! I was so afraid to get a car note before this and the team at this location helped me relax see the benefits in paying a car note and paying it on time. I LOVE THEM ❤️

Hello, My experience with your Service Department was one of the best I've had. I've been a customer since 2003 when I bought my Tahoe at Ourisman. Prior to this experience, I had some rather disappointing visits with your department. However, this time, I was impressed with the treatment I received. My service advisor's name was Tim, and he was wonderful. He kept me informed concerning my vehicle's repair. He communicated with me, without me having to call him first. He was transparent, honest and respectful. He did his job like he cared about the customer.
