Neil Fishbone at Jaguar Land Rover Sudbury was so helpful during the entire process of ordering my new Land Rover Defender, after it was delivered and I signed for it and took it home, and beyond. I had visited other dealerships in my area and none of them advised me that I could order the vehicle I wanted, as none were available anywhere. Neil kept me informed every step of the way while we were waiting for my vehicle to be delivered ... he let me know when it was finished being built, when it was at the port in the UK waiting to get on a ship to the US, when it got on the ship and how long the expected journey would be, when it arrived into the States, and finally when it arrived at the dealership. Neil helped me set up the GPS and attach my phone to the car. I owned my previous vehicle for 19 years and had NO IDEA how to operate the new technology. It was not painful to deal with the Finance Dept. like I was anticipating it would be. The dealership gave me the vehicle with a full tank of gas. My experience purchasing my new vehicle was awesome and I would go there again next time I need to purchase a vehicle.
For the most part this dealership is wonderful! Well purchased a new SUV here a few years ago and have done almost all our maintenance with them. When you are there for service it's full service. They are all knowledgeable and courteous. During construction of the new building, and with covid things were wacky. But they are working very hard to get vehicles in for service as quickly as possible. Ryan, our service writer, kept in communication with us the entire time, explaining things and answering questions.
I bought my Jaguar from another dealer, and now that I've been able to compare the difference in service departments, I wish I had bought it at Jaguar Sudbury. My service experience was completely different than what I got from the other dealer. Bryson, my service advisor, was super attentive and very pleasant. The service was outstanding, got my car back the same day and they even washed it and cleaned/shined the tires. I highly recommend the service department at Jaguar Sudbury! Thank you!
Best car shopping experience I have ever had. Everyone here is top notch. Loved that I was not rushed and everyone took the time to answer any and all questions I had. Rolande was the best and very easy to work with, she put up with my indecisiveness, and helped me to make my final purchase. Highly recommend her for anyone who will be doing any car shopping!

British carmaker Jaguar Land Rover (JLR) is suffering from a huge parts shortage in the UK as its workshops are facing a severe crisis and are running out of courtesy cars.
