I have been searching for a car for almost 3 years now. I am so incredibly picky and indecisive but ever since I started working with Efrain Lopez in October he has been nothing but patient, dedicated, understanding, and never gave up on trying to get me into exactly what I was looking for. I recieved a message from him on Saturday morning to come in and try a car and when I (for the 100th time) didn't love the car, he sat down with me and said "What do you need from me now? How can I help get you into a car?" and from there he worked all day, customized every single detail, worked with every contact he has, and by the end of the day he came up with an offer I couldn't refuse. I am so beyond grateful that it was Efrain that I was given to in October I would not be in my brand new beautiful 2022 Outlander sport without him! During the process of getting everything together on Saturday every single person that helped out was so friendly, so knowledgeable, so reassuring, so so so patient, I am in awe of the customer service at this dealership. I am a 26 year old woman going through the process alone and I felt completely supported and completely comfortable because of everyone around me. Special shoutout to Emily Lopez! She is such a rockstar. We had just met Saturday afternoon and she had my back just as much as Efrain did. Brought me a water bottle and said "To stay hydrated!!" Even though Eternal just started working for the dealership he was by my side the entire time there to offer support or answer any questions I had. Xavier was SO welcoming and encouraging and helpful. A very patient very sweet salesman let me sit at his desk for over an hour to charge my phone while on the phone with insurance. Even the brand new hires working on their new hire training made me feel at home! By the time I left I felt like I was family. It was an incredible experience. And I love love love my new car! I already have and will continue to recommend Kelly Mitsubishi to anyone I know that is in the market for a car.

Got my 2022 Mitsubishi outlander here they all were very helpful. Especially Katie I had her all over the lot cuz I was very indecisive but she didn’t give up on me. I fell in love with the red Mitsubishi outlander and traded in my car no problem. I’m definitely recommending them to my family and friends. I went to the dealership excepting to leave with a car. When I went I didn’t leave with anything which was devastating. The car sale lady who worked wonders is named Emily. Emily gave me a call within the next day with exciting news. She was able to find me a car I like and got approve for. Side note I didn’t even have credit and she still got the job done. I love the car I got and my payments are a decent price. I definitely recommend if your looking to buy or finance a car ask for Emily. She will definitely give you her time,dedication, great work ethic and honest opinion.
