If I could give this dealership 10 gold stars, I would! Personally, I've been in sales and service for over 20 years. I know the conventional wisdom it takes to make happy customers! I'm a firm believer that great sales brings in customers; excellent customer service retains them! I can tell you Malloy Toyota has got it down pat. Devon Tucker has superb service!!! I never felt like I was sitting with a typical, pressured salesman. He made me feel at ease, answered all my questions, and in no time we had a deal that fit my budget. I never mentioned it during my buying process, but my entire family has been buying from here for 20 years. I can see why they do. I plan on being a loyal customer, an ambassador who will return & I highly recommend Malloy Toyota to anyone!

I am very happy with my new 2022 Toyota Corolla, and the over-all buying experience. I wanted to deal fully on-line and over the phone, Malloy Toyota was willing to work with me on that. After a few phone calls and emails, I had claimed my car and just needed to wait till it got on the lot. Once it had arrived a few weeks later, we exchanged a few more documents via email. The next day they drove my new car to my house, where I was able to sign the last few documents and make my payment. I live a good hour away, across state lines and never had to set foot on their car lot. During the process I dealt with several of Malloy’s staff and they were all very polite, prompt and professional. Thanks guys for making this process easy.

Purchased this hard to find 2022 gr86 MT Premium from Malloy Toyota. I tried countless dealers and was at my wits end to get a deal done on this car.
