Let me just say this, I did my thorough research of the car before I actually went to see it. When I went in the day before I actually purchased it I had a smooth conversation with the sales rep Kash, and Anthony the manager that calls in to the banks for approval. I specifically let them know that I couldn’t and didn’t want to put any money down because I didn’t have the money to put down at the time and still waiting for my insurance check for my previous totaled vehicle. I checked out another car at a another dealership (I won’t say which one) but basically that Nissan Rouge 2019 was $3000 cheaper and it had almost 7,000 more miles than the one At Edison Infiniti. Which was also a 2019 Nissan Rouge SV with only 24,887 miles and it had everything I wanted.. Sunroof, leather interior etc… At the other dealership the sales rep tried to get me to put a deposit down and only gave me a quoted monthly payment with a down payment deposit. Like I said I really needed a vehicle with no money down and I meant that!! The total price monthly was a little more than I expected at Edison Infiniti that’s why I went to see another car, but when I went to the other dealership they wanted more than what I would of paid at Edison Infiniti and that car like I said wasn’t as great as the Nissan Rouge I really wanted from Edison Infiniti. I was sold on the car the day I test drove it and seen the bonus features. Needless to say from the time I walked back into the dealership the next morning to secure the deal, I felt at home. The experience here was truly remarkable, they offered coffee, tea etc. they even offered pizza and tv while we waited for the banks approval. The finance guy was even able to get a lower monthly payment from a different bank for me!! This was the BEST car buying experience I ever had and I’ve had 3 cars brought from dealerships before. I highly recommend this place to anyone and I will be back to help people I know to get vehicles as well. The most important thing about this car buying experience was that they listened to my needs, when I told them I couldn’t put any money down they didn’t pressure me or make me feel like I would lose the deal of the car if I didn’t. They did everything they could to help me still get the vehicle which lets me know they weren’t a money hungry dealership that only cared about money and not the customer. Thank you again to everyone at the Edison Infiniti dealership you all were polite, attentive, down to earth, professional, and not pushy like other dealerships. Highly recommend Edison Infiniti. Had a great experience purchasing an Infiniti Q50. Flo is an amazing sales associate who’s very knowledgeable. I didn’t walk away with a car the first time but Flo provided her contact number if any questions would arise. A couple of days later I called Flo and made an appointment to come back and view some vehicles I was interested in. She came and met me on her day off!!!!! Not once was she overbearing or tried to gear me to a certain model, she even allowed me some private moments to discuss it over with my husband. The dealership worked with me on getting me the best deal that was comfortable for me. Flo stayed until the end of my process and walked me out to my Infiniti Q50. My experience with Edison Infiniti was excellent. Great sales headed by Christian and Raul. Raul worked well with my budget and we were all satisfied. My daughter was surprised at the cleanliness of the car. Never has she seen windows that clean! This was a six year old car and it was show room clean. Great job service team!
