I would like to give a special shout out to Steven Theeban from the after sales department for his outstanding services rendered to me and my dad. He is a truly dedicated employee and with him being around, he makes a huge difference contribution to the Auto Bavaria in Penang! I called him several times as they were several issues with my car at different occasions and he was never impatient with me. I was flying off yesterday at 8 sth morning and I had no choice but to call him at 7 sth in the morning as my dad couldn’t get the car started at all. I thought surely the call won’t be picked up as it’s not even working hours yet but to my suprise - Steven picked up the call and he sounded very pleasant and was so helpful! He even managed to get the car fixed by the next day! I’m so incredibly thankful for him, making it worthwhile having a BMW knowing that it’s under the good hand and care of Steven should something happen with the car. He is very reliable and responsive. He would also be the one initiating the following up calls to keep you updated of the servicing/ fixing of the car. He would also go the extra mile to give you extra services. As an example, I took the car in once where I thought there were some fault with the car, same thing i went in there informing him only at the very last minute and he took the car in happily. Helped me to check and there was actually nothing wrong with the car. He asked me if I have time and if he can offer to clean the car for me! How very nice of him! So BMW Auto Bavaria - you have such an invaluable employee please make sure you cherish and retain him for as long as you could as he is truly outstanding and he is the best employee that one could ever find! ☺️☺️
