I am so very pleased with the great service and assistance the staff at Greenbrier Chevy provided when purchasing my new car recently. I was shopping but not quite ready to buy....then I met sales rep Michael Lee. He listened to what I was looking for and found the perfect vehicle for me. Michael and Pat from Sales, along with Stacy in Finance, were all extremely courteous and kind and made the entire process smooth and efficient. It's rare to find the level of customer service that they provided. I definitely recommend them highly, and they have earned all my future business! Thanks, Greenbrier Chevy!

Customer service was on point. I was able to get an appointment that fit my schedule nicely and I was in and out which helped me to continue on with my day. The only issue was the price went up but I no it's because of inflation.
Here is the short version: the service we received from Pat, Jarred and Stacy greatly exceeded our expectations! The rest of the story: we were 4 hours into our 8 hour trip to visit our daughter's family in Richmond when we started having car problems. This is a very stressful situation to be in. We went to Greenbriar Chevrolet for help. Pat and Jarrod immediately came to us. What can we help you with today? We explained our situation. They took us right back to service who told they would try to check our vehicle but it may take a while. Pat said while you are waiting why don't I write you up an offer on another car. I said sure why not. Later we found out it would be an expensive fix and it would take a week to get the parts and install them. They offered us a loaner to use to get a hotel for the night. My wife and I spent the night going over our options. We returned early the next morning and told Pat and Jarred we wanted to purchase one of the vehicles we had test drove. But the one we wanted would not be ready for a couple more days as it was a very recent trade. Jarred said he would provide us a loaner so we could continue our trip. They even topped the tank for us! They comped us for the hotel and service fee! We continued on our trip and on the way back we stopped to get our car. The detail crew did an excellent job! Our car was in showroom condition! If you are in the market for a new or used car, I highly recommend Greenbriar Chevrolet!
