Sales of the Haval H6 C-segment SUV are doing so well in Australia that Haval is looking to expand its variant line-up with the coupe-styled H6. Known as the Haval H6 GT in Australia, the car is expected to go on sale as soon as July. According to Australian publication GoAuto, GWM Haval Australia originally wanted to launch the car earlier this year, however, the global supply chain disruption had forced the company to delay plans. Reports out of Japan suggest that Honda is developing a new Toyota Corolla Cross competitor, and it’s due to be launched later this year, sometime around June to September 2022. Perodua’s manufacturing facility in Rawang is temporarily closed for retooling purposes. According to RHB Investment's newsletter, the retooling exercise is said to set up the production line for their upcoming Perodua D55L SUV. We all know that Perodua’s next model will be their D55L SUV and it is based on the Toyota Raize & Daihatsu Rocky duo. These cars will sit on the latest-generation Daihatsu New Global Architecture (DNGA) platform. Perodua will be tasked to manufacture the D55L SUV as Toy
