The Toyota Vios is a B-segment sedan that competes against the Honda City, Mazda 2 Sedan and Volkswagen Vento in the same segment. It also shares its platform and powertrain with the Toyota Yaris.

For the first two services (1,000 km and 5,000-km), UMW Toyota Motor offers free labour charges, though owners are still required to fork out for the lubricants and parts.

Subsequently, every service is performed at a 6-month/10,000-km interval.

The most expensive service for the Toyota Vios is performed at the 48-month/80,000-km mark, as the CVT fluid replacement is due. This service costs RM 735. Toyota recommends that the CVT fluid is replaced at every 80,000-km interval.

At the 60-month/100,000-km mark, the iridium spark plugs need to be replaced, which cost RM 350 for a set of four. Combined with the oil change, this service interval costs RM 625.
