Volkswagen Passenger Cars Malaysia is set to introduce three new models this week - namely the 2020 Volkswagen Arteon R-Line, Volkswagen Passat R-Line and the Volkswagen Tiguan Allspace.

All three models will be unveiled at the Volkswagen Tour, which takes place from August 12 to 16 at 1 Utama Shopping Centre.

The Arteon R-Line shares the same front-wheel drive powertrain as the latest Passat Elegance, which means a 2.0-litre four-cylinder TSI engine that makes 190 PS and 320 Nm, mated to a seven-speed wet-type dual-clutch automatic transmission (DSG). 

Meanwhile, the Passat R-Line is bound to get a sportier package that encapsulates front and rear bumpers to complement the new wheel design. Powertrain details will be announced at launch.

On the bigger end of the scale, is the Tiguan Allspace R-Line. The Allspace is the Tiguan's 7-seater variant, and expect both trims to come with additional interior and exterior accessories.

Alongside these all-new models, the Vento Join, Tiguan Highline, Golf R-Line and Passat Elegance will also be on display. All of them will be available for test drives and there'll be special promotions and offers too.

The event will be compliant to Recovery Movement Control Order (RMCO) guidelines, so don’t forget to wear your face masks!
