
Following the launch of the 2021 BMW iX, BMW Malaysia has also confirmed that the BMW iX3 will be launched in Malaysia. While Thailand and Singapore received the pre-facelift BMW iX3, ours will be the facelifted model.

BMW Malaysia has not disclosed any information on the upcoming BMW iX3. But we know that there is only one electric drivetrain available – a single motor generating 286 PS/400 Nm sending power to the rear wheels.

0-100 km/h is completed in 6.8 seconds while top speed is capped at 180 km/h. The 80-kWh battery allows a maximum driving range of 460 km in the WLTP test cycle.
When connected to a 150-kW DC charger, 10-minute fast charge adds around 100 km of range in the WLTP cycle.

It shares the majority of the exterior and interior design elements of the combustion-engine-powered BMW X3, save for a few blue highlights throughout the car.

Registration of interest for the BMW iX3 is now open. Prices and specifications will be revealed as we approach its official launch. For reference, the BMW iX3 is priced from 67k Euro in Germany (around RM 331k).
