This time around, the range-topping 2022 Isuzu D-Max X-Terrain gets a new 360-degree camera. Also new to the D-Max X-Terrain is the inclusion of puddle lights, illuminated scuff plates, and a Qi wireless charger.

Apart from the addition of the 360-degree camera, Isuzu Malaysia will discontinue the Sapphire Blue colour. In its place are two new colours: Silky White Pearl and Onyx Black.

What’s unchanged is in the powertrain department. The 3.0-litre turbodiesel, codenamed 4JJ3-TCX, continues to be the source of motivation. This turbodiesel mill is good for 190 PS at 3,600 rpm and 450 Nm between 1,600 rpm to 2,600 rpm.

The sole transmission option for the D-Max X-Terrain is a 6-speed automatic transmission that deploys power to all four wheels.
The Isuzu D-Max X-Terrain is also backed by the most comprehensive warranty package among pick-up trucks sold in Malaysia, coming in with a 7-year, unlimited mileage package.
With these additions in place, Isuzu Malaysia has revised the price of the 2022 Isuzu D-Max X-Terrain as well. The updated model is now priced from RM 146,938, a RM 4,500 increase over the older model (RM 142,438).
