Looks like the Toyota Hilux is also the preferred pick-up truck for the Yang di-Pertuan Agong! His Majesty was spotted driving a seventh-generation Toyota Hilux, complete with TRD Sportivo kit, through the floods on his visit with the flood victims in Maran, Pahang.
His Majesty Seri Paduka Baginda The Yang di-Pertuan Agong XVI Al-Sultan Abdullah Ri'ayatuddin Al-Mustafa Billah Shah Ibni Almarhum Sultan Haji Ahmad Shah Al-Musta'in Billah actually drove through the flooded areas himself.
Her Majesty Raja Permaisuri Tunku Hajah Azizah Aminah Maimunah Iskandariah rode shotgun in the Hilux as they made their surprise visit earlier today.
More photos also revealed that the Prince, YAM Tengku Panglima Muda Tengku Ahmad Ismail Mu’adzam Shah also joined the Agong and the Permaisuri on the trip.
The purpose of the surprise visit was an effort to distribute provisions to the flood victims that were relocated to flood rescue centre in Maran.
